How do I fix Sims wearing clothes during sex?

I use to be able to resolve this issue on my own but since the new update I cant seem to get rid of it so how can I fix this since nothing seems to be working? Also i'm having another issue where the penis wont get erect.

 

If anyone can help me with this issue then that will be great, thanks.

It sounds like you have some CC that are set to be nude. You should go through, create a Sim and find the CC that is being worn while nude. Save that sim, and use Sims 4 Tray importer to find out the exact name of the cc and check it with Sims 4 Studio to ensure that its not set to be used "Nude"
