Random dancing NPCs

Lately I have noticed a couple of NPCs doing these a bit silly looking vanilla dance moves (outside of a tavern). For example a male house carl in the Windhelm player house or a messenger after having delivered his message to me. This dancing behaviour definitely wasn't there in the past.

 

What kind of mod or configuration could cause this issue?

Have you added any idle animation mods?

Thank you for your input. I use NPC Animation Remix (DAR). I will disable it for testing and report back.

Ok, so I disabled all my DAR related mods, but I still see dancing NPCs every now and then. I really wonder where that comes from...
