Take photo during sex option brakes game! HELP!!

Ok so i have wickedwhims v177.3. It worked just fine and istarted to get followers on sim hub, but the nest time i stated my game the take picture just makes the game break. i cant click anything, i cant eeven press esc and leave the game. Ive linked a pic of what it looks like afterwards, some icons show up in the right corner, but they dont work. the rest of the buttons are all gone.

tog get out of the game i need to restart the pc, wich is really annoying
