Manual sliders menu/ Slider aid?

I was wondering if there was any mod that made the sliders well, actual sliders, so you don't have to go around trying to figure out where every slider is exactly located at
Or something that just helps with that, maybe an overlay showing the different slider zones with colors or something?

CSF lists sliders as text strings in-game and one can adjust them. As there may be many sliders it still might be complicated. And not all sliders have a name so CSF wont display them I think (I may be wrong), or show them without any category and text which makes it very hard to identify them.
