just take out the mod folder before launching the game and put it back when you're ingame and refresh

it seems that mods folder isn't the case, but the d3d11.dll for some reasons (got it through debugging fyi), any ideas for why that happen?

No, you have to put the txt files into the ShaderFixes folder that is inside the SRMI folder.
