open the mod's ini file and delete everything except the lines with 'face' and 'hair'

Remove everything concerning "face" and "hair" in the new mod mod.ini file. Add everything with "face" and "hair" from the old mod.ini to the new one. Do the same with the files. 

I did the same when combining the mods a few pages back.
