MushiMallow Posted April 21, 2023 Posted April 21, 2023 After a while of not playing i went to hop on and noticed WW wasnt working. I redownloaded the newest version and double checked all my mods just in case, but WW wasnt showing up in game. I looked up some possible problems but none of them were working so i checked the "view custom content" and there are multiple versions of WW. But in my Sims 4 files there isnt... Im pathing through the EA app file manager and searching for "wicked" turns up nothing but the newest version i installed after deleting the previous. Help pls
travelmedic Posted April 21, 2023 Posted April 21, 2023 Some of the people who spam the board with their premade Sims will often include copies of mods like WW or WP that need to be updated frequently and don't tell you that they're in there. Then the outdated versions cause problems for people who think they only have the newest up to date version. Many of those Sim downloads also contain Traits mods that aren't always updated for game changes, or contain stuff that will conflict with WW or MCCC, like devious desires. I'm not familiar with the EA app file manager you mentioned, but it doesn't matter. You can use Windows Explorer to search your Mods folder and find copies of WW and WP that way.

Help pls Wicked Perversions isn't a "different wicked whims version" it's a "plugin" (or if you'd like to be precise, a mod which interacts with WW), and it consists of both .ts4script and .package just like WW itself Edited April 21, 2023 by BenjiThatFoxGuy
