HR 6828 Posted April 19, 2023 Posted April 19, 2023 Hi all. Sims 4 Studio question. Why doesn't CC (custom content) have a Warehouse tab? How then did the creators write the data there? How to copy/paste data from Warehouse, say, from original content to an object from CC? Thank you.
Vthena Posted April 19, 2023 Posted April 19, 2023 Hey, are you creating an empty .package ? When making CC I always start with an item made by EA, everything is already set up.
HR 6828 Posted April 19, 2023 Author Posted April 19, 2023 I have several finished home appliances at CC. I need to take the ID of the stock analogs and copy them into items from the CC. But CC does not have a warehouse tab. What to do?
Oops19 Posted April 20, 2023 Posted April 20, 2023 What version of S4S are you using? What do you actually want to do? And what have you done so far? When I create an empty package TS4 shows a Warehouse tab. You might get more and/or better help in the S4S forum (SFW content only) and should probably share your package file.

The Warehouse, in its function is basically a browsable list of all the assets that are included in the package file (like a file manager). This function is ALWAYS present and available in S4S! What might be throwing you off, is that in case the package is a merged package, S4S will not display the "Studio" tab, and will just defaults to the Warehouse (omitting showing the tabs, as there's no point of tabs if there's only one of them) Example: Top - Standalone CC package, Bottom - Merged package of several different CCs Spoiler
HR 6828 Posted April 20, 2023 Author Posted April 20, 2023 How to add a warehouse tab to already created items from the CC?
