Vanilla friendly way of obtaining modded clothing

Is there any mod that implements a vanilla friendly (like loot chests and traders) to obtain modded in clothing?

 

I am thinking of something like selecting the mods I want to be distributed and then it just magically happens.

I think AddItemMenu is as close as you'll get, but there might be an add-on somewhere that makes it a physical chest. I don't use it, so I can't really help any more than that, sorry ?
