Any modder capable of updating the .dll of "Dynamic Animation Replacer" to AE 1.6.640?

This is a terrific mod, but the original creator has retired from modding. Is there anyone who can update this mod to be fully compatible with the most recent version of Skyrim AE?

 

Skyrim doesn't load this plugin since it's latest addition is for the 1.6.629 version.
