(Closed) CTD and C++ Runtime error

SexLab has been running fairly well for me for a while now, but in the last couple of days I've been getting a lot of CTD at the end of a sex scene, and now I've started getting a Visual C++ Runtime library error :

 

R6025  -  pure virtual function call

 

Is this an error from SexLab or Skyrim?  I've had an intermittent problem with CTD after sex (but not frequent enough for me to bother about) but recently it's been much worse.

Wow you too huh? I just started getting this as well. But I don't know what the C++ error is since it vanishes before I can read it.

 

I would post my mod list but other then typing up every single one by hand idk how to post it. So I won't.

Happens to me too, so I reinstall Visual C++, doesn't happen to me again, but I can't promise it'll fix your situation though, my game still acts weirdly as usual.

I had one like this yesterday, together with lots of CTD/freezes when initiating sex via the RandomSex plugin.

I just updated FNIS to 4.0 beta 3. These CTD seems to disappear when I roll back to the 3.4.1 version of FNIS.

Probably something I did wrong during the update process, but no idea what.

I recently upgraded ECE to the new 1.10 version ( the one with the facial expressions, which uses an SKSE plugin dll). Reverting it to the 1.05 version while maintaining FNIS 4.0 seems to stop the CTD/Freezes/C++ errors on a test with 8 sex scenes.

I'll report back here if the R6025 errors come back.

Have you recently updated a SKSE plugin?

 

I haven't touched SKSE since I installed 1.6.16 and I'm not running any plugins (unless I misunderstand what you mean here).

 

I haven't been able to get on my computer today but my current prime suspect is SOS.  I remember now that when I started having serious problems with CTD I uninstalled/reinstalled SOS as I saw other people blaming it for problems, and then I started getting the C++ error so I may have cocked something up (pun not intended  ).  Also what testing I have done so far implies the problem is with M/F scenes and F/F works.  Do you think moving the SOS esp's up the load order would help?

 

My computer time is going to be limited for a few days so any suggestions to narrow down the problem will be gratefully received.

Well, I just spent a happy 24 in-game-hours fucking everyone who crossed my path in Whiterun, male and female, with no problems.  So yeah.  I'll see what happens tomorrow I guess.

Still working so I'll close this.  For the record I think what happened is - after I posted the OP I ran BOSS, went to bed and forgot about it, so when I came back to Skyrim SOS had been moved earlier in the load order.  In particular it is now loading before SexLab (tl;dr - I'm an idiot).
