Male children body mesh/neck seam problem

I noticed this after downloading Hearthfire but I'm not sure when it actually started since I never really paid much attention to the children in Skyrim before buying Hearthfire. It's only the male children with this issue.

I only use two mods that mess with male face meshes and those are I Wash and Better Males. I've already tried playing with both deactivated but it didn't fix the issue. I'm not sure if it's the face or body mesh that's causing it, actually.

I have used xvisionchildren in the past but didn't like it so I uninstalled. That was awhile ago am I'm fairly certain I would have noticed sooner if that was what caused it, so I'm pretty sure that's not it. Anyone have any ideas/solutions?

When you try without the mods on do you start the game and do a save by leaving a area or saving the game then shutting it down and bringing it back up or are you just turning them off and then trying to check it?

If you are just turning them off then trying to see if it has changed anything that will not accomplish anything as the mods are still stored in your save but leaving a area to load a new area then leaving the game/saving the game should make your save clean from the ones that you turned off. Also there may still be something in there that was left behind by xvisions. I know when hearthfire came out there were glitches/bugs with the hearthfire children when using xvision but not sure anymore as I haven't used xvision in a awhile.

I was just turning it off and on since I've never had to leave an area before to see changes deleting a mod made, but I just deactivated the mods, entered a building and then exited and it still wasn't fixed.

I used NMM to install/uninstall xvisions so I thought that would have game me a clean uninstalled. I scanned my Skyrim folders and didn't see anything that looked like it was left over from it but then again I'm no where near being really mod savvy so I dunno.

You have to leave the area/go through a door then shut the game down bring the game back up and load that one back up and it should clean the save and the deactivated mod should now be removed from the save. If it is still there then it means that something has overwritten those files or another mod is causing the problem and turning a few mods off at a time loading the game checking it shutdown and keep doing it till you find the one causing. I know some mod managers like obmm for oblivion you actually have to shutdown the manager itself after turning a mod on/off for it to actually go into effect but I don't think the nexus manager is like that unless they did it in a update.
