Missing whims? (Wants/fears)

Anybody know any mods that break the whims feature? They seem to have disappeared, I have checked the gameplay settings and they're turned on, tried switching them off saving and then switching them back on, they still won't show. Any ideas?

I had that back when the patch that changed whims over to wants and fears.  It was an outdated mod, but I don't remember which one.  UI Cheats seems the most likely, might have been More CAS Columns or More Traits in CAS.  Or maybe some other one.  It was 8 or 9 months ago.

Damn, thanks for your help. I was hoping I wouldn't have to do the guessing method, was hoping to save time. Thanks anyway!
