Is there an up to date install guide for Sexlab?

I finally let my game update to the latest version because my pre-AE version had developed too many problems and trying to fix them introduced new problems. I uninstalled all mods then the game itself. I then deleted everything remaining in the skyrim folder and did a fresh install (Steam version). I am now in the process of building a new modded game and I'm unable to find an up to date guide. I know there must be one on this site but I fear I don't have enough remaining lifespan to read all of the forums and posts. There are so many. If someone could post a link to an up to date guide I would really appreciate it. I thank you for your time and patience.
