As I said NPCs have invisible feet and hands. Can you help me? I have the GOG version.

You probably have conflicts, are you using Mod Organizer 2 to install mods? If not, you should, try to run LOOT and sort your load order to see if anything changes, and if there's a conflict, try to disable a conflicted mod to see if the hands and feet return.

Just so you know, just found this in my game, cause I have some problems myself :p I have 184 mods installed and that's clearly some clothing problem.

That isn't a preset issue, someone screwed up making the clothing and added a calf partition (slot 38?) where it shouldn't be. Or forgot to add a calf partition.

Agree with @bnub345, that's most likely an equipment slot issue. Potentially needs to be fixed both in the nif and the esp adding the item to the game. Easy to do though with nifskope and xedit.

If it is only that outfit then it could be the slot issue but you never said it was only that outfit and used the word 'problems', i.e. plural.
