Delphine's Armor Change

During the main quest, Delphine changes from her regular dress into a set of leather armor. How would I go about making her change into a different set of armor, like blades armor? Is SPID able to add items when a certain in-game condition is met like this?

You could just change the items in that particular outfit. It's called MQDelphineOutfit. FormID C65B2.

Thank you. It looks like the outfit change is implemented with a script as part of the quest. I'll see if I can replicate it to get other NPC's to change their outfits as quests progress.
