Kalamaki22 Posted March 31, 2023 Posted March 31, 2023 Hi Having an issue with the new file, removed all the old files installed the new one and my game crashes upon start up. Doesn't get to the menu crashes before that.

Doesn't get to the menu crashes before that. That's weird it's the same files just 14 more voice types and some replaced ones and all packed in a bsa. Have you tried installing manually?

Hi Decided to start a new play through as it was time to remove AWKCR and AE and use ECO etc. Then removed your old files again and installed the new one and everuthing is working fine. Unsure if AWKCR/UCO/AE was the issue, but from what I have read and crashed I have had they are unstable, so it may have been those affecting your mod. Thanks again.

AWKCR definitly is compatible i'm using it too. Also i highly doubt AE and ECO have any influence on voice files i don't see any connection. But i'm glad it works for you now ? My google drive is full i would have to make a new account. i just downloaded it from mega to test and it worked. I don't even have a account there so i'm a free guest user.
idkmanyolo Posted May 5, 2025 Posted May 5, 2025 I'm on the Dev 0.2.1 patch of Hardship, nextgen patch of the game, and soon after getting this mod, Hardship stopped working (Isabel would take my money, claim she would give me supplies, and then nothing happens and the same convo repeats if I talk to her again. Also, sex encounters would not actually happen after the message box said that it was beginning). I opened the voice esp in FO4Edit and noticed that a lot of keywords and scripts are added to various entries, but most of them are labeled with errors and I don't know if they are working properly. Is this the creation kit's doing? HSVoiced.esp is set to load after Beggar_Whore.esp. Was this meant for an earlier version of Hardship or is there something I'm missing regarding the function of this esp? Could my issue with Hardship be due to a different mod instead?

I'm sorry i have absolutely no idea since i haven't been playing nor modding FO4 since 2023... i don't even have it installed on my current pc so i can't really check or edit anything right now. There's a good chance Hardship got some updates, maybe @Tentacus can give some advice. This is the first report about issues with the voice pack i'm getting in years... if you can't get it to work the only solution i can think of right now would be to extract the bsa and using loose files without the esp.

I think anyone that installed TSEX and then updated Hardship and TSEX to either the 0.2.1 or 0.2.2 version found on page 6 of the comments can also use this file to make the voices work. Haven't downloaded or played Fallout yet but maybe i will when i'm done with the Skyrim run. 1
