Who can come in and see what MOD I loaded to make it look like this?

I didn't install a special MOD, why did the following three attribute bars become like this? Also, when sneaking, what happened to the long bar in the middle? Words such as "sit down on the stool, open the box, open the door" that appeared when the crosshairs were aimed at the object also ran to the far right of the screen. I don't know what happened?

Probably SkyHUD. If you haven't reinstalled it recently maybe another mod had config files and changing mod order (ex. left side of MO) made it so this other config is used instead of the one you previously had.
