I'm seeing references to "WooHoo Wellness" (broken by the patch and in need of an update AFAIK) and an outdated version of WW, so this is probably another case of "game updated itself, mods are still pre-patch versions". Updating all of your script and tuning mods (i.e. everything that affects gameplay in some way) should fix this and any related issues that might just be waiting to cause the next LE.
