Cant get SKSE Skyrim to run fullscreen, stuck in windowed? help please!

Hello.

 

I installed Skyrim SE and Mod Organiser 2. I have SKSE and created the executable just fine. when i originally ran Skyrim SE via Steam and went into options i do not have it set to windowed or borderless. i wish to run in fullscreen and if i then launch game on steam it runs fullscreen. BUT if i run SKSE via Mod Organiser its always Windowed and i just can noot get it to run fullscreen at all. Can anyone help please?
