You know the mod page where you downloaded this mod? It has an associated forum thread. Use that. But provide like all the info you can, what you've said so far isn't useful. Like which version of the mod you're using, which game do you have? version? all requirements installed? SL install is completed properly? any FNIS or Nemesis error/warning? That would be a cool way to ask for help, so others can start looking into that info instead of guessing why things aren't working on your side.
