You'll need to provide a little more than an incomplete crash log that doesn't even include a list of your plugins. Saying that you know it's a plugin but don't know which one doesn't do anything to narrow it down, and may not even be correct... What method are you using to install mods? i.e. what mod manager, or manually? What guides have you followed specifically when installing mods? What mods have you installed? Do you have F4SE and how did you install it? What is your load order? At what point specifically does the crash happen? What have you already done to troubleshoot on your own? If the game crashes after the Bethesda logo, it more likely means a missing master. Screenshots of your load order will help if you're using a mod manager. 1

Now look at Vortex at your plugin list, and find "RealHandcuffs AWKCR Compatibility.esp" Are there any warning icons next to it? If there are, do any other plugins on your list have the same warning icon? Try to uncheck/disable just that one plugin and then restart the game. What happens? From just a quick glance, you have a plugin to patch two other plugins, one of which you don't even have installed (unless I'm just missing it). A missing master situation like that will automatically crash your game before it ever gets to load up. Many mod authors will bundle patches with their mods, this can be very useful, but it's up to you to figure out which patches you need.

I did not have AWKCR installed and that was causing it to crash. I got it installed and now it's all good!

I got it installed and now it's all good! You may want to reconsider; last I checked, AWKCR was to be avoided because its causes issues with your saves/game down the line. I ended up just removing any mods that required it as a master and didn't have any patches available to change it.

AWKCR used to be a highly regarded "must have" mod, but has since started to fall out of favor. Unless you need it, better to not use it and remove it and the patch that was causing your CTD. Glad your game is running anyhow!!! 1
