i dont think there is a tool yet. it seems like they're working on the tool and they're only releasing the mod right now.

EDIT: LMAO I got 2 PMs for these releases. Guys, I was trolling because for some bizarre reason people have a habit of bumping topics asking for updates. When if there were updates, someone would post. I figured the insane price tag would be enough of a hint. Next time I'll add another 0.

So it looks like it will never happen.

 

That's unfortunate. Coming back to the game to play the DLCs and I just wish there was a way to remove some of the horrendous visual effects like the orange goo when using martial arts and the cartoonish blood.

The art direction in WL is not that good compared to Nioh 2. Lighting in many areas is bad. Some can be too harsh or too dark.

Relative lack of interest in WL probably didnt help things as well. Hopefully when Rise of The Ronin's PC port arrives, there will be active modding going on! Ronin so far has been pretty well received as a whole from the community so this bodes well.
