missing doors Anybody Missing Doors After The Latest Update??

According to this EA Answers article, it's caused by broken Adult Mods (Yes, the OP blamed Adult Mods ?)

 

I've updated EVERYTHING but AEP (Everything else is Adult CC which wouldn't cause things such as missing doors)

 

But what I'm seeing is THIS

 

I ran Curseforge TWICE to update mods but STILL no luck ?

That was usually caused by an old version of basemental drugs. If you have that mod and it is not updated do it, and DO NOT SAVE YOUR GAME while you have the bug, otherwise doors might still be gone even after you update the mod (which might be kind of a problem in apartments). Update basemental, delete cache files, and that should do it. If you saved after the bug appeared you might need to roll back to a previous save.

I found several basemental files in my Mods folder & deleted them HOWEVER my games have been saved several times over so Ill have to roll everything back a bit

I STILL have NO doors

 

Rolled back to a saves folder from February 9th that I have OneDrive (I only had the UI problem then)

 

Maybe the two problems are somehow now INTERCONNECTED ??  If THAT is the case, EA has not only created MORE PROBLEMS but they FUCKED UP this patch (And I heard Infants CAME WITH THE PATCH & IS NOT part of the pack that's on Pre-Order)

 

If INFANTS is the problem , trhere NOTHING ANY of us do until EA GETS ITS HEAD OF ITS ASS & FIXES IT (Remember the problems they had with WEDDING STORIES??) ?

Infants haven't been added.  This bug is caused by outdated Basemental mods.  If you then saved while experiencing this bug, well there you go... you saved with your doors missing.  The only thing to do is go through and replace all your doors.

Always exit without saving when you see a bug occurring.

If it's April 1st and Basemental releases an update, wait till the next day.  He's fond of April Fool's pranks, this past year he had an NPC going around stealing doors.

Well luckily I plan to move my sims into lots that have Personal Video Studios so they can take aim at the Starlight Venus Award so mvoing them into brand new lots like that may prove to be more of a time saver than replacing all the doors ?

 

But that's ASS - U - MING there aren't ANY OTHER issues causing doors to not show up too

 

As for it being April 1st - You're only A MONTH off ??

QUICK UPDATE - After looking around for some Personal Video Studios on The Gallery, I quickly discovered (Not surprisingly enough) there aren't very many lots with that lot trait so I'm instead refocusing my efforts on making THE HOMES of each of my sims a personal video studio with only the pornstars having professional equipment & the ability to hire camera operators.  All other sims will be on their own for video production

 

Also, after running through all the lots, only a few of them are still missing doors (The doors on some lots came back on their own when the mod issues were fixed (Weird I know)).  To fix this, I'm going to have to put all the CC in the household inventory, redrop each house that still don't have doors from The Gallery, put all the CC back in place & go from there.  There's NO other way to do it ??
