Just had this happen when I walked into Doc Mitchel's house.

 

 

 

 

No idea what exactly happened, and when I hit the screenshot key the game froze and CTDed on me.

To me it looks like youre out of RAM, game cant load more textures, so it shows them in black. Better use 4gb loader if you arent already. If its not that, then I cant help.

That's really absurd because I have 16 gigs of ram in this tower.

That doesn't matter. Unless you use a patch, like the 4gb patch for NVSE (available on the NVSE silverlock page), Fallout (or a lot of other games for that matter) won't use more than 2 or 3 GB (can't remember which exactly).

It shouldn't, as Skyrimjob's .exe already has a 4GB enabler.
