Need some help with problems

Hey folks, for some reason when i try and start a new game, it wont let me continue after the Ideology screen, and (occasionally) will only show one faction base, even though on the world generation screen, it says theres multiple factions generated, and will say theres no other ideologies, I'll post my load order as a video, and sorry that im using Bandicam to record it, no other recording software seems to work with the specs of my new PC. Oh also, I'm asking here cuz im kinda embarrassed to admit i use RJW in places not like this (EG: Rimworld reddit)

yours seems to be outdated/not installed right
