well i tried to mod the game and i got this when i tried to launch it

Very explicit problem and solution here. This happens when you use mods incompatible with the version of the game and SKSE you have.

• DeviousDevices.dll LE plugin= LE mods on a SE/AE game won't do. Get the correct version ported for SE.
• RaceMenu incompatible with current version of the game= literally in the message too. When you go to download Racemenu check the files and read the info about which executable and SKSE versions are compatible with the RM files. That info is right in the Files section so you have to see it when you download something.

So first always verify you're getting a mod ported to SE, made specifically for SE, or that has been known to work as it is in SE. Then, check that you have the correct executable and SKSE versions for that mod and obviously confirm you meet any other requirements.
