is there a mod through which i can command my follower/companion to have sex with animals????also a mod to control their cloths in sex scenes(whether they remove their cloth or not)?

 Approach your follower , press Key " N " , log in to MCM\Sexlab\Inventory , scroll down the list and , select from your follower's page , what he/she should take off

Not sure but there are several mods for doing it the other way around, i.e. getting the creature to have sex with the follower/NPC. Much would depend on which flavour of Skyrim you run.
