I almost couldn't tell it was fake.  

Seriously, what software was used to make this?  There are a whole slew of mods here that need some voice acting (or patches for those whose author is no longer around) and this would be perfect.

Hardly.  That one DOES sound like the one I had in the 90's.

I've found a decent TTS speech synthisizer (ALMOST sounds real) and an AI based voice changer that you ALMOST can't tell is a voice changer.

I've already extracted all of Nora's dialog from the game and uploaded it to the latter to train its AI for that voice.  Once it's done, if it impresses me, I MIGHT start making voice patches if nobody else takes it up first.
