character behaviour framework not working

i tried to install the framework and this keeps poping up

i deleted the framework and installed different versions of the framework and it keeps popping up with this

This usually means there is an incompatibility between your versions of the game, SexLab and FNIS. All three must be either 32 bit (LE) or 64 bit (SE or AE). Double check all three for this.
