Sounds like you didn't build the right body in bodyslide.

Post a screenshot. It sounds like you chose the 'never nude' option or you have messed up with SOS.

You sure you're not confusing the vanilla painted-on underwear for the sos underwear?

 

ie. are you sure you have a nude male body texture? Does sos come with one? I don't remember anymore.
