Exhibitionist Mod (NO LONGER SUPPORTED)

This mod adds the Exhibitionist side effect into X-Change Life.

Compatible with version 0.21.

 

Features

• Ability to gain Exhibitionist side effect through misuse of the Insta-strip pill.
• Ability to purchase the X-Change Show-Off pill, providing a temporary Exhibitionist side effect while on the pill. Includes possibility to be spiked by this pill, and a minor chance to also gain a temporary Exhibitionist side effect when taking an X-Change Bimbo pill.
• Additional night time thoughts related to being an exhibitionist.
• Exhibitionist side effect will cause the player to enjoy being observed by others while wearing revealing clothes, and feel uncomfortable in modest clothes.
• Exhibitionist side effect becomes more affecting and detrimental at higher Femininity levels.
• Exhibitionist side effect becomes dramatically more affecting and detrimental with missing Identity.
• 10 achievements included in optional .js file relating to the gameplay additions from the mod.

 

Hidden Features (spoilered for those who want to discover during play)

• An Exhibitionist Score is applied to the player when they have the side effect and will impact aspects of the game.

• Player's status when wearing modest clothes is becomes worse at certain Exhibitionist Scores. Player will begin to feel uncomfortable wearing underwear with even higher Exhibitionist Scores.

• Player will feel compelled not to leave the Gym, Beach, Mall, Bar, Office break room or Club at higher Exhibitionist Scores and Arousal. The chance of this happening doubles at extreme Arousal levels.

• Player will be able to masturbate in public areas at certain Exhibitionist Scores and mild Arousal levels. This option happens sooner at extreme Arousal levels.

• Player will sometimes become blissful or orgasm after getting caught having sex or masturbating.

• Player will be unable to masturbate in private and finish at high Exhibitionist Scores.

• Getting caught chance is increased by Exhibitionist Score.

 

Hidden Achievement List (spoilered for those who want to discover during play)

Spoiler

• Soured Shower - Gain Arousal from Stepdad peeking at you while you're taking a shower.
• World Tour - Publicly masturbate without getting caught in the gym, mall, office, bar, beach and club.
• The Eyes Have It - Have an orgasm from getting caught.
• No Care For Underwear - Become uncomfortable or very uncomfortable from not wearing underwear.

 

Installation: The .twee file is required. After downloading the .twee file, use the XCL Mod Loader to add the mod to the game.

If you would like to add the optional achievements, download the .js file and use the XCL Mod Loader to add the achievements to the game.

 

Updating from previous version:

NOTE: Always make a backup save of your game's save before updating the game or mods!

The .twee file is required. After downloading the .twee file, install the new version of the mod using the XCL Mod Loader. The previous version should be overwritten with the recent version.

If you would like to update the optional achievements, download the .js file. Remove the previous version of the achievements, then install the new version as normal using the XCL Mod Loader.

My character has the exhibitionist trait but still gets the embarrassed debuff when seen nude or caught having sex. Shouldn't the exhibitionist trait block that debuff?

I have the same issue. Though there is also something I noticed: regardless of how slutty the clothes are, they're always recognized as 'male' clothes, even though they're clearly not. Is it possible that it would only work at low identity?

 

P.S.: Low identity is needed for the shame debuff to be non-applicable. Otherwise it works as it's supposed to.

seams like the mod needs an update for the 0.16.f version cause with it in the modlist there are some option gone mia, more precisely the relationship options from the menu and the option to work you father in case you got the corresponding side effect,

This sends me to just the pink background screen permanently stuck after I have the side effect active. I came here to ask about conflicts but this may answer my question also. Sounds like a fun mod.

Great concept, but I'm finding that in practice not being able to leave an area is super annoying. Maybe instead it if you don't masturbate you run the risk of triggering a spontaneous orgasm (while dressed sufficiently slutty) and getting reputation penalties?

Went back to download this and I'm honestly kinda shocked that a mod this complicated with no updates for almost a year ago still works so well after all the changes the base game has received. 

Still, it could use some up minor updates to address some issues that have cropped up.  I was having some trouble with the new male masturbation feature when public masturbation required was turned on, and the new base feature of reluctance and high masculinity leading to lower stats in slutty clothes kinda defeats the purpose of exhibitionism (you can either wear slutty clothes and lose 2 pts in all stats, or wear modest clothes and only lose 1. Any update whatsoever would be nice just to remind everyone that this mod still exists and works with the current game. 

Still just wanted to come back and say great work on this, feels ahead of its time.

Great mod! I found this after the update.  I notice one bug for version 0.20.6, if you go to the work break room, and you try to exit, you get a blank screen.

I found a new bug in the work break room if you Quickly deal with arousal... it brings you back to the same screen.

In the latest version, if you try to remove the exhibitionist trait in the cheat menu or through the mall, the trait comes back at the end of the day.

 

During public masturbation, it seems the auto win every time you run the skill check instead of the mini game.

Thank you for the report. I haven't been able to reproduce either of these issues unfortunately, do you have other mods running and if so can you post your mod list?

If you acquire the trait through using the stripping pill, then try removing the trait through the mall or using the cheat menu, the trait comes back at the end of day.

If you orgasm during the bar dance:

There is a variable that is set:

(set:$exhib_gain to "true")

 

during the end of the day, you can gain the exhibitionist trait:

:: check stats [around]

(if:$exhib_gain is "true" and (not (($is_exhib:))))[(set:$continue to "false")(set:$next to "exhibitionist side effect")(goto:$next)]

 

this variable $exhib_gain is never unset, and when you try to remove it via cheats or the mutatio (potion shop), at the end of the day you get the trait back.

If you're using the playtest version of XCL, there will be an update to BLACKED later that will fix this. You'll want to check in that thread or in the XCL Discord mod thread for updates.
