Why does Lydia wear chains and what can I do about it?

Every now and then I get a follower wearing chains when I apply slavetats to her and she is undressed. In my current game Lydia got chains when I gave her a bikini-outift (iron). The chains do not show up in the inventory.
What mod could this be from? How can I prevent this? I do not have Sexual Fame installed.

I appreciate any tips and hints.
