How to change armor proportions?

I've downloaded some TBBP armor but i want to change the breast size and form. Is there a way to do that?

It's a fairly involved process, especially if you've never touched a 3D program before.  The only way to do it is by using 3DS Max (and maybe Blender).

I already worked with 3ds max but only for creating new weapons. Is there a tutorial for editing armors?

There are plenty of them on youtube.  Just do a quick search and pick the one that starts from your level of familiarity with 3dsmax.
