Ik, but this can't be done without real handcuffs mod. That wouldn't look accurate by rigging just in one hand freely.

Also the key, i can add them. Maybe some scripts needed to unlock the collar. Will see.

I don't know much about building mods. Probably, it was possible to try to integrate these handcuffs into the "real handcuffs" mod? Or take scripts from there.

These look amazing in picutres, i cant wait to see them in-game. Not sure how im gonna apply them, but i want those. Thank you for making them paparebbe!

 

EDIT: Oh, those are modders resources. So i cannot use them on my own i suppose to make my ingame devices look better. Oh well, maybe in future someone will put it into his mod.
