Most of your LE refers to whims, so my guess would be outdated mods, as that system changed and is now comprised of wants and fears.

 

"WW is sad" is something I have only seen with regards to outdated rigs following the v170 update. A list of known files causing issues was provided along with the patch notes, so check your Mods folder for any of these (or similar files).

see if you have more then one wicked whims installed in different folder
