OysterMug Posted January 19, 2023 Posted January 19, 2023 QUICK TIP: I noticed that even when using Stock rooms, if you have Hook5 installed, it can create excessively dark ambient shadows that can make a scene incredibly difficult to view. If you are getting extremely dark shadows that make a sequence unviewable, you can either disable them via the Hook Menu or run VX in "OpenGL" Mode. To disable shadows in Hook 5 w/o actually disabling/removing Hook 5, hit F4 to open the Hook Menu, check the "Graphic" box to expand the graphics settings menu, and under "Common", set "ShadowEnable" to 0 (on/off) before hitting play. (Hit F4 again to close the menu.)
