SexLab animations keep freezing my game.

I can't seem to get any help in the sexlab tech forums so I thought I'd post here.

 

I've tried everything I know, from disabling all mods except for sexlab and random sex, as well as my hair mods, live another life, and skyrim speeds.....and I started a new character. I've downloaded the latest version of FNIS, I've reinstalled sexlab, although I didn't uninstall it...there's just way too many files to delete. Someone really ought to add a NMM version ~sigh~

When you say you uninstalled all your mods except SSL and the random Sex plugin is FNIS included in the Mods you disable and just for reference since you didn't post a load order do you have SKSE and SkyUI?

Yes, I do, the latest versions too. No, I didn't disable FNIS, I even ran the generator again and clicked the "skeleton arm fix" Here's my list of mods, although sexlab, and it's associated mods, are currently disabled. I've also reverted back to my previous character and reactivated all my mods.

One thing that jumps out at me is that you have both SSL and AP I know SSL uses animations from AP so I'm not sure that would cause conflicts that would cause a freeze but if you disables AP and Ran FNIS after removing AP when you disabled the rest of your mods the issue would be resolved.

 

I'm really not sure what could be causing an issue with SSL nothing else in your LO jumped out at me.

I've removed AP but the freezing persist.

Is it freezing-freezing, or you're just unable to move? If the animation ends while you're in flying camera mode, you'll be unable to move after.

Hmmmm....If you removed SSL and your game stopped freezing with or without other mods then I don't know what to tell you but if your removed SSL and it still happens then backing up your saved games and trying a fresh install of Skyrim would be a good idea.

It's freezing as in my computer locks up and I have to shut down...sometimes I can alt out. I also had the same issue with animated prostitution...but that could have been because I didn't fully remove FINIS....I don't know.

I'd have to know the specs of your computer but it doesn't sound like it is a problem with SSL or AP in general but more with something on your system conflicting with Skyrim and those mods.

 

I've run Skyrim with the max 255 Mods and never had it freeze up my entire computer.

AMD Athlon 5000x, 2 GB ram, windows XP, with an ATI Radeon 4870 with 512 ram.

I had similar problems with random crashes and to fix it I had to get rid of the random sex mod. I use several of the Sex Lab mods and I tried removing each and that was the one causing my issue.

DO NOT post in multiple sections or open multiple threads on the same thing.  If you have issues with Sexlab then you need to use the Sexlab tech support section.

 

Moving back to sexlab tech support section and locking thread.
