Wearing high heels without size difference, is that possible?

I always play a female character, and I also like to wear sexy things, but it bothers me that the women wearing high heels or pumps always get bigger and are therefore always bigger than all the NPCs in the entire game. In real life, women tend to be shorter than men, even if they wear heels. My question is, is there a mod b.z.w. Fix or patch that keeps the standard size when wearing high-heeled shoes, i.e. always the same height? Whether barefoot or sandals or high heels? Any idea is welcome. For example, I found two outfits in Fallout 4 where the shoes adapt to the body and not the other way around. And that without the HH system or the like, so I know it works, but the question is whether someone has already implemented it.

You could just use setScale on your character and set it to something like 0.95 to make her shorter. It persists over saves too so you just need to do it once

RaceMenu has a slider for character height. By default female nords are 1.03, altmers are 1.08, bretons are 0.95, orcs are 1.05, etc., a table with race heights is at uesp.net.

You can set the height to whatever you want in RaceMenu, but the sex animations may not align right, as they are made for 1.0 height. Sexlab has an option to rescale both characters to 1.0 at animation start but sometimes that looks really weird.

Actually, the high-heel "engine" works absolutely correctly - because in the past, the figures didn't get bigger despite heels (something was simply cut off from the lower legs)

So the problem is not the correctly working mods but your own head - which has an idealized idea of the body size of the man and the woman.

I live here in Central Europe and women who are 1.80 meters tall are now not uncommon.
Overall, the AVERAGE height has increased over the last 50 years - about 10 cm.
But this causes problems in everyday life - here is just one of them:
- Ready-to-wear clothing is made according to pattern models - which are based on the height of 50 years ago and therefore often do not fit the wearer well

As a rule, growth in height also means larger feet - here, too, around 25% of all women in the "normal" shoe size range are unable to find a model for them.
The problem has been known to the shoe industry for more than 10 years (through inquiries from dealers to manufacturers at trade fairs) - but one has not reacted so far -> not.

All this is actually only intended to make it clear that real life is much more complex and that one often only perceives a very narrow section of it.
The latter is often further influenced by widespread public representations such as commercials - which are more idealized dream worlds than a computer game could ever be.

And that has now led to a collision of ideas with you.
There is nothing bad about it and the user above me has a very good solution.

I think what Doggystile is asking for is something that does it automatically when you add heels to the player and then adjusts it back when you remove them, so you don't get this "holy shit, she became a giant!" effect that you have to adjust manually.  It seems like I remember seeing something like this many years ago here or on another site, that claimed to do exactly that.  I stopped playing Skyrim for quite some time and returned.  Recent searches have been fruitless.  Perhaps I only dreamt it.  If anyone else remembers this and could provide some direction, that would be great.  Even better, maybe a talented modder will see this and take this concept and run with it.

This is not how heels work. The character gets "shifted" up by a certain amount. They don't get "bigger" or change scale at all and it doesn't persist after removing the heels.

I stand corrected.  Thank you for pointing out my erroneous assumption.  I just did a quick "getscale" test with heels on and off to confirm your statement.  I had always thought that the "giant effect" was a result of scale changing because SOME heels seemed to turn my followers in to giants (relatively speaking of course).
