Is there a way for the adult or young adult siblings to have sex?

You need a little mod to bring back all those options related to teen-adult relationships and incest.

There is a section on how to use this mod, which details where to find all the settings. Alternatively, if you only want to enable incest for some Sims, you can click on a Sim > Wicked > Personalization > Wicked Attributes > Give Sim Wicked Attributes and select the Incest attribute from the list. Keep in mind that all Sims you want to be involved need to have this attribute (i.e. both siblings or both mom and son).
