Cant reinstall/ fully delete whicked whims

so recently i dowloaded whickedwhims. i didnt play for long and the mod dint work so i tried to delte it and reinstall it but every time i want to save the data it tells me to fully delte whicked whims first. Even tho i deleted all the stuff the internet told me to idk what bdo to anymore please tell me what i need to delete to get it fully of of my pc so i can properly reinistall it.

Try saving your game (to a new slot, using "Save As...") without WW installed and remember to delete "localthumbcache.package" (found in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4") whenever you make any changes to your installed mods or the game itself.

Then, reinstall WW, delete "localthumbcache" again, and load the new save that you just created. There should be no left-over information related to WW in that one and saving the game should work without any errors again.
