traison Posted January 7, 2023 Posted January 7, 2023 Find the mesh, it's most likely in meshes\animobjects. Open it in NifSkope to find the texture paths. Open the textures in Gimp/Photoshop/Paint.Net to modify them.

traison Posted January 7, 2023 Posted January 7, 2023 You can do some basic vertex manipulation in Outfit Studio. Otherwise Blender is where you need to go.

Aequus Posted January 9, 2023 Posted January 9, 2023 You can always just turn it green if your goal is to give Hermaeus Mora look to the textures. That's what I got but you may wanna give it more fitting shade of green.

The first, a green like that like Hermaeus Mora but with the tips of the tentacles modified. Which would just end in a pointed end. And another model, blood red color with thorns or small pimples on the tentacles and the tip that would end up rounder with pimples.
