A addon for Just Business

 

Changes:

1. Increased max slave follower count to 40 from 20

2. New terminals lists for easier management of slaves:


      Slave List
          Slave List
          Slave list in Current Settlement
          Slave list (Listed)
          Slave list (Boss)
          Slave list (Faction Leader)
          Slave list (Legendary)
          Disabled Slave List
        
      Slaves By Level
          LV 1 to 9

3. NPC Sell and Prostituition costs depends now on several factors (which can be configured by MCM):
Level when captured
Faction
Type (e.g. legendary)

 

 

4. Slave info holotape shows additional info
  Removed all SPECIAL stats info since they do nothing
  original level
  original faction
  type
  Sex Skill             - randomized
  Prostituition Skill   - randomized


5. NPCs sex/prostituition skill is randomized after they're captured to simulate that they had sexual experience and some knowledge about prostituition
  Raiders have the highest chance of spawning with high sexual/prostituition skill
  Institute and BoS members have the lowest skill
 

6. NPC default facial expression changes depending on submission level. It is based upon the 5 stages of grief, with the 100 being broken and taking pleasure in the slavery

      Start Group Sex (needs 3-4 slaves added to group sex to start orgy)
      Start Group Sex (Player Joins) (needs 2 or more slaves added to group sex)
      Start Group Sex (Companion Joins) (needs 2 or more slaves added to group sex)
      Start Group Sex (Player and Companion Join)  (needs 1-2 slaves added to group sex)
      Remove From Group Sex
      Group Sex (Cancel)
      Exit

 

    
10. Slave Work Menu


      Assign to Prostitution (Settlement)
      Cancel Prostituition (Settlement)
      Assign to Prostitution (Here)
      Cancel Prostituition (Here)
      Assign to Caravan
      Remove from Caravan
      Cancel Caravan (slave needs to be caravan head)
      Assign as quartermaster
      Quartermaster (Cancel)
      Exit

 


11. player receives a slave control holotape upon loading a save game if he hasn't any

 

 

12. Ability to make any NPC into a Slave Buyer. Press the hotkey while having the crosshair on the NPC you want and choose "Make Slave Buyer". NPC can be removed at any time.

 

13. Can force a npc to become a slave after marking and downing them. Useful when a NPC bugs out and the dialogue doesn't appear (e.g. Nuka World Raider leaders who keep offering quests instead).

Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch
 

 

Issues
If you have Actionhaus this will make their slave buyers null. This is due to the way this mod handles the slave buyers. You can easily make them buyers again using the hotkey. And make sure Actionhaus is loaded before this mod or else the "make any NPC into slave buyer" feature won't work.

All menus are dynamic and will show/hide options based upon what NPC it is used on (e.g. cancel slave sell will only appear if you had previously offered that slave for sale)

I'm open to suggestions as long as it's reasonable and within my level of expertise.

I use Sim Settlements 2. SS2 is reliant on SPECIAL stats. I use Just business to capture and use flesh lights for labor. And they love it.

 

idk if this is niche, but SS2 is a popular mod.

Are you able to change the NPCs SPECIAL stats? If yes then seeing them is useful otherwise no.

no idea, SS2 says they add randomized SPECIAL stats at random to settlers. No clue if this system applies to non-settler slaves.

This doesn't remove SPECIAL stats it just removes them from the NPC info terminal. So don't worry it doesn't affect SS2.

Excellent work on this mod, it adds some much needed ease and utility to Just Business.

The only issue that I have really encountered is that it appears to break the convoy system. Whether you use it in a terminal, or on the pip-boy, there will be no reaction, or notification or movement of the convoy when it is pressed. Assigning convoy guards and creating the convoy works fine, but the actual calling of the convoy doesn't seem to work any longer.

 

The slave-specific menus will also pop up when looking at nothing, or a non-JB npc, but this is not exactly an issue, it can just sometimes target an npc that you didn't think it targeted. Not really an issue, but it happens.

I also noticed that at one point it did not register a JB slave as a JB slave (and even had a notification to say that it couldn't give them commands), but I only ever had that happen to one npc, the others were fine (pretty sure it resolved.

Definitely appreciate the work on this, I had just been considering on making a patch for JB myself, and boom, you post this one. Honestly excellent, my only complaint is the convoy system, I had just gotten used to using it.

1. Thanks for the report.

2. Some features of the menu work on non slaves such as editing their appearance or making them into a slave buyer.

3. Sometimes due to script lag the game doesn't apply the correct flags. Try enslaving one NPC at a time and wait until they at least get up if this happens often.

Loving the mod so far! I assigned hotkeys for the slave master and work menus but no menus open up when I press them in the game. I updated the unofficial patch and tried disabling SUP F4SE so far. The terminal holotape and ambient text updates all seem to work fine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Are you sure you have the original Just Business? It's required.

Yeah, I have the lastest version of the original Just Business. I noticed that the "show slave info" hotkey option in the MCM is missing for the original when I install the addon.

Good to see someone making an addon for this mod to make it so much better. The one thing that always frustrates me with JB is that it wont work with custom races. Can you do anything about that to fix it?

This behavior indicates that the game is recognizing JB but not the addon. Make sure you're using Mod Organizer 2 and both mods are installed properly.

Not much can be done except making patches for each race. Since i don't have the time someone will have to dig through the source code and add the races they want.

I am not sure if it is the addon or the original (but it didn't work with the original either).. anyway... I can not rename or edit the names. I have Rename Anything, but it has never worked.  Any ideas?? 

 

Also (and this is the addon)... the caravan isn't working.  I selected a Head Guard.. but he just follows me around and we enter a trade screen if I get to close. Meanwhile the second guard decided to go take a walk, leaving the settlement and their assigned post.

 

Otherwise this mod is good... streamlines the original and makes it much more user friendly.

I use What's your name. rename anything far as JB is concerned quit working for me so I just use What's your name anymore. I just toggle it on. look at the npc I want to rename and hit R. then look away then back to show their name. It gives them a new name. sometimes I can get Rename to work so I can name something but most of the time it doesn't

Okay thanks... yeah... Rename works with the console.. but the change doesn't stick. I'll Try What's your name.  Thanks for the tip.

I've come across a couple other issues.

 

1) Using the sex menu with Addon.. for some reasons treats the slave as the aggressor (although the animations do not).. I get Truma etc.  But if I use the original JB menu, it works normal.

 

2) I experimented with disabling a slave... I played a while... went to a terminal with my tape etc.  Tried to enable that slave... nothing.  This wouldn't be a big deal save that they still take up a list/spot etc.

Does the limit of 40 slave followers mean 40 slaves at all, including those allocated to settlements, or active followers?
