-Looking for- Mod that gag when shouting

While i know Sexlab survival has a tiny section just for that I would love a mod that does just that instead of having to deactivate a lot of fonction from another mod.

I found that mod over on Nexus which seem to be what Im looking for but it also might be abandon plus it doesnt work if i reed the review. The cuff and or gag can be unequip at will which render the thing useless. Also...the gag is a cloth sadly.
