As it's the Holidays I won't post a huge whine about how you've posted almost no info and I'll just leave this passive aggressive comment here instead.

 

What version of the game are you running?

 

Did everything work ok before you installed the fair skin textures? Does it work ok after you remove the Patch?

 

Where did you get this texture patch?

I ggot the patch from here

Now for some reason this mod isnt working anymore

Those are both LE mods, that doesn't mean the CockCage one won't work if it doesn't contain Meshes and Textures but the Texture patch one would not be compatible and the exclaimation mark would seem to point at an incompatible Mesh or Texture.

 

You could try using Cathedral Tools to optimise these mods for SE but I would think there is a good chance someone has done this, although a quick search didn't find anything.
