Unable to get SOS working for SE

I have the game version Skyrim SE 1.6.640 and no matter what i do, i can't get SOS to load properly. It keeps saying "ShlongsofSkyrim.dll not found, or the installed version is too old. Found -1, expected 300004." The SOS i'm trying to use is 1.1.4. I can't seem to find any updated SOS that aren't AE. 

 

My papyrus dll seems to be as up to date as it can be without going AE. The 300004 version of SOS isn't compatible with my game because it's AE. I don't know what to do. I'm so lost, can someone please help me figure this out?
