Sims not showing up.. just empty worlds ..this ww version

I've got the same thing going on in my game. 

Was playing with past update version of Wicked Whims just last night. All was well. 

Saw the update of WW today. Deleted old WW mod, downloaded new version and installed it. Booted game.

Game looks like it's loading as normal but when I get to game, no Sim thumbnails in bottom corner. No Sims showing up at all, neither played sims nor townies. Did not save game. Exited without saving. After game shut down completely, I removed WW from Mods folder, dropped it on desktop. Started The Sims 4 again (still no WW mod but everything else same as it was yesterday evening). Game plays fine but it sucks because WW is pretty much only reason I play Sims 4. Bummer, right? 

So, I put WW back into Mods Folder, load game again, same issue except it starts in Manage Worlds (I had exited from Live Mode, not Manage Worlds. I always do.) and when I would hover over a household, where the household would ordinarily pop up, it is a flickering blue square instead. 

I exit game without saving. Remove WW again. Game plays. Obviously a WW thing that came with the 12.22.2022 update. Not sure how to fix it as it's a WW thing. I'm usually really good at troubleshooting computer problems including issues related to broken Mods and such but I'm stumped on this one as it seems to just be a WW thing. I can't fix WW, obviously. 

Basically, I'm just fishing for ideas for what I can do to get my WW functioning again. Thanks for any ideas at all  .

WOOOOOO!! i updated Nisa's mod & it fixed my game (so far)

Same problem. Game save is completely gone. How to install a mod so that saving the world does not crash?

Read the post above yours - updating Nisa's Wicked Perversions should fix your issue.
