is there a way i can make my sims less horny? i swear there used to be a setting that reduced sex interactions

I guess you're looking for sex autonomy, which can be found by clicking anywhere (e.g. active Sim) >WIcked > Settings > Sex > Autonomy > Intensity (names might differ, as I'm playing with a German translation). There are also a bunch of more advanced settings, but if you want to see less (or more) sex in general, changing the intensity for autonomous sex is all you need to do.
