EngineFixes.dll Error message. Edit= Solved

I have this error message when trying to launch Skyrim SE, V 1.5.97

I never had it before, I had to reload my Game from Steam, and am trying to get it back like it was to a stable SSE version. Can anyone Please help me??

I use Vortex and I checked for missing masters, there are none.

Verify you have Address Library for SE and that part 2 is correctly installed.

I do have Address Library and these are the Directions for install, This is how I have always done it & never had this issue before.

 Install the Part 2 zip by extracting it to your Skyrim SE folder
