That you have to download and install first for this Modification of the Female 

Slot 22 be able to work ..

Just a note / request: It would be awesome to have PC HEAD tracking voice files for all good custom SL voice packages. Or at least pointer to which PC HEAD tracking voice you recommend to go with this voice.

I am remaking a second PC Head tracking Voice mod  as we speak .....

 

But for now you can use this one ..
